Waitlist website privacy

This standalone website stores your email, selected product interests, consent time, and the privacy notice version in its own waitlist database. If you choose, it also stores your public social profile URL, country or region, and language(s) to help us understand waitlist and language-support interest. Region does not indicate where Zeredi is available. It does not submit this data to the connected Zeredi app or our AI concierge. No confirmation email is sent. No account is created. We use the details only for waitlist updates and related context; no early access is guaranteed.

Contact inquiries are stored separately: name, email, topic, message, page language, consent time, and notice version (2026-10-25), plus any optional public social profile URL and native-language reviewer volunteer choice. Business integration inquiries include business name, industry, and integration interest in the message. Local spam checks store review flags and a message fingerprint to limit duplicates. We use these details to handle inquiries, not for waitlist updates or marketing. They are not sent to the connected Zeredi app, our AI concierge, or an email service. Contact messages written in a language other than English or Tagalog may be sent to an AI service to help translate, process, and triage them for review. Share only information you are comfortable having an AI service read. Do not include customer data, credentials, confidential or proprietary materials, or sensitive information.

This feedback is stored privately, separately from contact inquiries and waitlist signups, so we can review and improve the wording. We do not ask for your name or email. The optional language may be suggested from the page URL and can be changed. The page URL and feedback are stored; please do not include sensitive or personal information.

Challenge submissions are stored in a separate table from contact inquiries and waitlist signups: challenge type, selected Song Challenge track if provided, work title, optional explanation of the work and its language, creator or group name if provided, email, submission link, feature-interest choice, page language, consent time, and submission-policy version and privacy notice version. For Song Challenge submissions, country and optional state, province, or region are stored only when you explicitly opt in to the map; either location field may be left blank. Opted-in location details may be shown anonymously on the public Song Challenge map when it is connected. The map will not show your name, work title, email, or submission link. We use submission details only to review and administer the submission, not for waitlist updates or marketing. Submissions are not automatically published. Feature interest is not permission to use the work; we will ask for separate agreement before any feature. No files are uploaded through the form.

We store your name, email, selected areas, introduction, connection to Zeredi, optional work URL, page language, and versioned consent timestamps privately to assess and respond to your request. Your submission may be sent to an AI service to help process, summarize, and triage it for individual review; share only information you are comfortable having an AI service read. Zeredi's creator retains the final decision. These records are separate from waitlist signups and challenge entries; submitting does not subscribe you to updates or publish your introduction. No automatic email is sent.

To reduce automated abuse, public forms use ALTCHA, an open-source proof-of-work check hosted by this site. Your browser completes a short computational challenge; no form content is sent to an external CAPTCHA provider. This check may use additional processing and battery on your device.

This waitlist currently uses no optional cookies, analytics, or marketing trackers. Your explicit theme choice and the anonymous cookie used to remember your consent are necessary storage. Cookie choices are stored separately from waitlist signups and expire after 180 days.
